Group Alignment Sessions

Service Description

The purpose of these sessions is to facilitate intentional cycles of change and growth. Just as a snake must shed its skin to grow, we too must continue to evolve so we do not become stagnant or blocked. This is a dedicated space for that natural evolution—supporting you as you transition out of the versions of yourself you are ready to outgrow. By stripping away the layers that no longer belong to you, we strengthen the collective foundation and allow each participant to return to their sovereign self. These sessions are spiritually and divinely guided. Rather than a fixed curriculum, I use the tools and modalities that Spirit calls for for each group session—including drums, rattles, sound, crystals, and oracle cards. Example Journeys: Depending on the specific medicine called for by Spirit, our session may focus on: The Self-Funeral: A profound journey of release, allowing the old version of yourself to be honored and laid to rest so the new can emerge. Meeting Your Birth Totem: Connecting with the primal medicine and guidance of your original animal ally to reclaim your innate power. Ancestral Clearing: Releasing inherited layers and densities that are ready to be integrated and let go. The Shedding Process: A workshop-style environment to identify and consciously release the "old skin"—the patterns and weights you have outgrown. Connection & Community: Healing is a personal journey, but it doesn't have to be a solitary one. We are rarely alone in our struggles; usually, we are all moving through the same transitions at once. These sessions are an invitation to build community and connect with like-minded individuals who are also navigating their own paths of healing and reclamation. The Preparation (Supporting Your Integration): To get the most from this session, I suggest simplifying your week leading up to our gathering. Prioritize stillness, journaling, and nourishing food. On the morning of the journey, please have only a light breakfast. Upon Arrival: I provide an energetic cleansing for each participant to ensure we begin from a clear and neutral state.
