Energy healing is a systematic and intuitive approach to your total well-being. The Body's Energy Centres: Chakras
Central to all energy healing are the Chakras, the body's vital energy centres. These centres can become unbalanced as a result of a variety of life stressors or environmental influences. Energy healing is incredibly effective in balancing them by releasing excess energy, clearing old stagnant energy, or supplementing any shortages.
There are seven major chakras, connecting our physical bodies to our emotional and spiritual selves:

1st Chakra: Root Chakra (Muladhara) | Basic Survival Needs This is your fundamental energy center, located at the base of the spine. It grounds your entire being and influences your physical stability and sense of security.

2nd Chakra: Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) | Flow of Creativity & Emotion This chakra governs your decision-making, creativity, and how you relate to others. It's where you perceive and regulate the flow of your own emotions and thoughts.

3rd Chakra: Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) | Core of Personal Power The seat of your sense of personal power, your active nature, and your ability to make confident decisions. It's where your inner fire resides.

4th Chakra: Heart Chakra (Anahata) | Bridge of Love & Connection This chakra embodies unconditional love and compassion. It's the central point that harmonizes your lower and upper chakras.

5th Chakra: Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) | Expression of Truth Governs authentic communication, self-expression, and the ability to hear intuitive guidance (clairaudience).

6th Chakra: Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) | Insight & Intuition Associated with extra-sensory perception and acts as your center for inner knowing and connection to spirit.

7th Chakra: Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) | Higher Awareness Your highest energy point, connecting you to the consciousness of the higher self, spiritual vision, and your direct link to the divine.
