The Signature Session | Energetic Alignment & Sovereignty This signature session is a comprehensive, unified approach designed to address energetic blocks and clear stagnation across your entire field. Rather than a standardised protocol, this is a deep-dive into your unique energetic state, tailored to what you need in the moment to restore harmony and well-being. Using a combination of intuitive tools—including drums, rattles, sound, crystals, and oracle cards—we work to clear where your energy has become blocked or stagnant. By clearing these weights, we strip away what isn't yours—allowing you to return to your sovereign self and live from a place of clear, centred authority. Prioritising Your Needs: Every session is unique. While I draw upon many modalities, we focus on what your system requires most in the moment. For example, if you arrive with a highly activated nervous system, our primary focus will be on stabilisation and regulation before moving into deeper energetic work.
